Senator Napoleon Harris III will co-host a meeting for school officials, board members and the public with Rep. William Davis and Rep. Thaddeus Jones to discuss Senate Bill 16, a measure that would change the distribution of resources for school funding statewide.  Staff from the Illinois State Board of Education and from Senator Andy Manar's office will attend to describe the scope of the bill and answer questions; Sen.
